I have no idea for how long I've had this mouse but lots of other new Razer mice came out while I had it and even if my friends bought them and recommended them to me, I preferred the Copperhead. It was really hard to get used to it since I always played on low sensitivity with this ball mouse. It seemed like the mouse responded before I did. It grows on you though and ironically, unlike it's counterpart animal, the more you know how to handle it - the more deadly it is!

The response time for the buttons are unbelievable, take a semi-automatic weapon that will shoot as fast as you click and enjoy the craziness.

The mouse has the famous 2 buttons on each side of the mouse which are easy to get access to, the buttons require some force so you won't click them by accident...unlike the main buttons, although that just makes it more perfect but it's not like it'll click just if you rest your fingers on them. The scroll is great as well, I noticed on some mice that the wheel doesn't respond and you have to scroll it real hard. Not a problem on this mouse, plus the wheel has some friction so you won't end up scrolling to the wrong weapon or whatever.

The mouse has an On-The-Fly function for sensitivity, which I find very helpful in-game. For example, let's say I pick up a Sniper Rifle in CS:S. For me, it's harder to aim with it, the higher the sensitivity is. So whenever I pick it up, I may just click once and the sniper will all of sudden be a piece of cake to aim with.

Unlike mice like the Deathadder, this mouse can be used by lefties as well, and since it has some profiles, you may have a profile set for a lefty, just in case a pro lefty would happen to stop by.

Any downsides with this thing.....People may say that it's annoying how you can't turn the lights off. That would be a judgment call. Plus, it may get dirty as hell if you don't take care of it so if friends want to test it - Tell them to go wash their hands first!

The moment i opened that box i knew it was premium quality. Not only does it look awesome but you are ensured 3 of the most vital things that are a must have for gaming mice.

    Speed- 2000dpi
    Accuracy- 1000mhz ultra polling rate
Precision- Ultraslick mouse feet (replacements in box)

I have been ensured these 3 things with my copperhead and i am NEVER going back to regular mice. with the convinience of side buttons on both sides and being a symmetrical mouse i love it.

    Nice job Razer

Been using the Copperhead for about a year now and have to say I've grown to love it. Excellent feel and the 2000dpi is awesome, it really makes it a whole lot easier. This is probably my favourite mouse of all time. Using the Razer Copperhead really is having The Unfair Advantage ;)

I love this mouse. I used to use all the crappy regular mice and they sucked. Even the optical mice don't even compare to this mouse. It tops them all. Great control and mobility. The other great this about this mouse is it doesn't die! I've had this mouse for about 3 years now and its the greatest investment in a mouse I've ever got.

I have had this mouse for close to four years now and it hasn't failed me yet. The only problem I've had is that the mouse skates on the bottom have worn down to a flat surface and needed replaced. However that was only recently after a good four years of use. This mouse has had high accuracy, quick performance on any game I've thrown at it. I highly recommend this mouse to anyone, casual or hardcore gamer.

The shape and weight of the Copperhead are great. It is light and easy to control; accurate and comfortable. My main drawback of the Copperhead was that they were never able to implement the ability to turn off the lights from the Razer control panel. This would have earned it a 5 for me.

I am a first time buyer of razer products, bought this along with a Razer Lycosa. I was very impressed with this mouse, to me it is flawless.
I especially loved the packaging as we get to view the mouse and the lighting on this mouse is just awesome.
